Dr. McKinney has been voted as one of the “Best

Dr. McKinney, who joined the HealthCore Physicians
Group in 1998, is a board- certified internal medicine physician.
She received numerous honors as an undergraduate in Baylor
University's Scholars Program before earning her medical
degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical
School in Dallas. Dr. McKinney completed her internship
in internal medicine at the Medical College of Virginia.
Her residency, also in internal medicine, was taken at Presbyterian
Hospital of Dallas. In 1997, Dr. McKinney chaired the Education
Committee for the Primary Care Network. She has practiced
with Washington Hospital Center for Primary Care in D.C.
and Primacare/Senior Medical Care Centers in Dallas. She
is also a member of the Dallas County Medical Society and
the American Medical Association.
