COVID-19 Office Precautionary Measures

Please be aware that we are only seeing well patients in the office. All patients, visitors, vendors and staff are screened daily for COVID-19 symptoms and masks are required at all times & must cover your nose, mouth and chin.

In an effort to reduce the number of people in the office, guests are not permitted to join patients unless the patient requires mobility or communication assistance.

We adhere to social distancing requirements in the lobbies and throughout the clinic. As such, we ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

COVID-19 Vaccine

HealthCore Physicians group is following developments with the new COVID-19 vaccines closely. We have initiated the process to be able to store and administer COVID-19 vaccines to our patients as soon as they become available.

Please be aware that the distribution and allocation of the vaccines is controlled by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Under the current plan the vaccine will not be available to general public right away. Availability for the general public is not expected until Phase 2 of the distribution plan laid out by the CDC and Texas Department of State Health Services. Once they do begin to become available, we will be sending notifications to patients via Patient Portal, as well as posting an update on our website at
