Dr. Reardon came to Presbyterian Hospital Dallas in 1979 upon completion of his specialty training in both internal medicine and cardiology. He has been seeing patients continuously since that time.
He grew up in Monroe, Louisiana and graduated as valedictorian of Neville High School. He completed his pre-medical training at Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1970. Interest in biomedical engineering led him to medical school in Dallas and in 1973 Dr. Reardon was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He went on to graduate 2nd in his class from Southwestern Medical School in 1974 and became more and more interested in patient care. He completed his internal medicine specialty training at Parkland Memorial Hospital in 1977, and completed his training at Parkland and the Dallas VA Hospital with a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine in 1979. Dr. Reardon is board certified in both internal medicine (American Board of Internal Medicine) and cardiology (American Board of Cardiology). He has been in the practice of medicine continuously since that time.
His professional interests include preventive care and cardiovascular medicine.
