You must schedule an appointment for a Televisit. The practice is NOT accepting “walk-in” televisit patients. Please do NOT access your provider’s virtual waiting room without an appointment.

The practice is now using to conduct telvisits. This website is a very user-friendly way to connect with your provider and requires no separate app download or login information. Please click here to access the HealthCore virtual waiting room.  Please be sure to use Google Chrome as other web browsers are NOT supported.

When Accessing a TeleVisit from a Computer, please be sure to have the following:

  • Windows or Apple Mac Computer
  • Chrome Web Broswer (link to Google Chrome Download)
  • Computer Speakers
  • Web Cam or Built in Camera
  • Built in Microphone

When Accessing a TeleVisit Using a Smartphone, please be sure to have the following:

  • Apple iPhone or iPad, with the latest iOS
  • Android phone, with the latest Android Operating System

Accessing a TeleVisit from a Computer is easily accessed on a computer running the Google Chrome web browser.  Please click here or go to in a Google Chrome web browser on your computer.

Accessing a TeleVisit Using the Smartphone App is also iOS and Android mobile device supported. Simply click the link in your e-mail or text appointment confirmation message and follow the on-screen prompts. Please be sure to allow access to your phone’s camera and microphone when prompted.
