You must schedule an appointment for a Televisit. The practice is NOT accepting “walk-in” televisit patients. Please do NOT access your provider’s virtual waiting room without an appointment.
When Accessing a TeleVisit from a Computer, please be sure to have the following:
- Windows or Apple Mac Computer
- Chrome Web Broswer (link to Google Chrome Download)
- Computer Speakers
- Web Cam or Built in Camera
- Built in Microphone
When Accessing a TeleVisit Using a Smartphone, please be sure to have the following:
- Apple iPhone or iPad, with the latest iOS
- Android phone, with the latest Android Operating System

Accessing a TeleVisit Using the Doxy.me Smartphone App
Doxy.me is also iOS and Android mobile device supported. Simply click the link in your e-mail or text appointment confirmation message and follow the on-screen prompts. Please be sure to allow access to your phone’s camera and microphone when prompted.
